Before completing the transaction
- Check the provider’s legal identity and your eligibility before sending identity documents or funds.

- For a marketplace trade, follow its official escrow process. Do not release escrow based on a screenshot or an off-platform instruction. A cash service has its own disclosed settlement sequence; do not assume it provides escrow.
- Verify the actual bank credit or count and check the cash before confirming receipt. Retain the receipt and transaction identifiers.
